It has been another memorable year of Premier League football this season and we are set for a dramatic final day of action.

The title race, top-four battle and fight to beat relegation have all been thrilling this term with a host of teams still with plenty to play for.

Who will be getting their hands on this old thing at the end of the season?

The incredible contest between Liverpool and Manchester City will go down to the final kick while Tottenham, Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United are jostling for the European places.

At the other end, Cardiff have joined Huddersfield and Fulham in losing their top-flight status but all the teams will be looking for one last win this term.
